By sending a message to support@DDSystems.com and describing the problem or query. A support ticket is automatically created in our system. This ticket is triaged by our Service Desk Manager and is quickly assigned to the proper level of support capable of resolving your request.

By calling (410) 569-4337 option 1, a live representative will create a service ticket for you and guide you to the appropriate resource to address any needs you may have.
Client Portal
Entering a service ticket through your personal DDS client portal is an option we offer to our clients. It gives you the ability to enter a request and view a history of recent services.
