Overview 

At DDSystems, we value the people who help us grow. Whether you are a customer, applicable employee, friend, or supporter of our company, we appreciate your referrals. To thank you, we offer a referral reward when your referral results in new business. 

Definitions 

Referrer: Any individual who shares a new business contact or opportunity with DDSystems. 

Referral: A person or organization introduced to DDSystems that has not previously engaged us for services or products. 

Program Rules 

The referrer must be eligible, and the referral is subject to our referral validation process. Only one reward will be issued per referred customer and will be paid to the originating referrer. DDSystems reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. 

Reward 

Amount: $500 per successful referral. 

When it’s earned: Once the referred customer executes their first paid contract or quote with DDSystems. 

How it’s paid: Rewards will be issued in the form of a $500 gift card within 30 days of contract execution or receipt of initial payment, whichever occurs first. Referrers may choose to either take the gift card or donate the reward amount to a charity of their choice. Applicable employees will receive a referral bonus payment. 

Referral Submission Process 

• Submit your referral by emailing [email protected], including: 
• Your name and contact information. 
• The referred person or company’s name and contact information. 
• Any relevant details about their needs or interest in DDSystems. 
• While not required, a warm introduction (e.g., group email or brief call) is appreciated. If preferred, a DDSystems representative will contact the referral directly. 

Referral Validation 

Once a referral is submitted, DDSystems will confirm whether the referral is a new prospect with no prior engagement, quote, or active opportunity. DDSystems will notify the referrer by email once validation is complete and the referral has been accepted into the program. If a referral is already under engagement or has been previously referred, DDSystems will inform the referrer and no reward will apply. 

Eligibility 

The referral program is open to customers, partners, friends, and applicable DDSystems employees. DDSystems employees directly involved in sales, business development, or account management are not eligible to receive referral rewards. Decision makers or individuals authorized to approve DDSystems purchases on behalf of their organization are not eligible for referral rewards. Contractors or other representatives may participate if not restricted by existing agreements with DDSystems. 

Taxes and Limitations 

Rewards may be subject to applicable tax reporting. Non-employee referrers receiving cumulative rewards exceeding the IRS limit for 1099 filing requirement will be issued an IRS Form 1099. 

Data Privacy 

DDSystems will only use referral information to contact the referred party regarding our services. We will not share or sell contact details to any third parties. 

Example 

• You introduce DDSystems by either filling out the form on our referral page or introducing DDSystems to the responsible person.
• XYZ Enterprises executes an IT services quote.
• You receive a $500 gift card (or we donate it to a charity of your choice) within 30 days.
