David Whitaker is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DDSystems (DDS), where he leads the company with a focus on long-term growth, strong client relationships, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Having grown within DDS from the ground up, David brings a leadership style rooted in firsthand experience, practical understanding, and respect for both the people and the technology that drive the business.
David began his career at DDSystems as an intern and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Network Security. Through hard work, ongoing education, and a commitment to excellence, he advanced through the organization as a manager and Associate before becoming CEO. His journey gives him a unique perspective that blends strategic vision with an appreciation for the day-to-day realities of operations and service delivery.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active in the community through involvement with local charities, and relaxing as a dedicated movie fan. He is also well known for his encyclopedic knowledge of The Lord of the Rings, a lifelong passion that reflects both his attention to detail and love of great storytelling.
Jeremiah is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at DDSystems (DDS), where he provides technical and strategic leadership by aligning the company’s service offerings with current and emerging technology trends. He is an innovative, execution-focused leader with a strong background in IT architecture, operations, and service delivery.
Jeremiah began his career as a Field Technician, building a practical, hands-on foundation that continues to shape his approach to technology and problem-solving. He joined DDS in 2005 as an IT Consultant, concentrating on consulting and implementations while helping establish standardized, scalable methods for managing client technology environments. His performance led to a promotion to Associate in 2009, where he expanded into leadership, management, and business development responsibilities.
In 2014, Jeremiah was promoted to Technical Director, working closely with the Executive Team to keep DDS on the leading edge of technology. He was promoted to Vice President in 2018 and now serves as Chief Information Officer, overseeing technical strategy, innovation, and long-term technology direction to support the company’s growth and client success.
Outside of work, Jeremiah is married with one son. He’s an avid gamer, a lifelong technology enthusiast, a fan of James Bond, and considers Halloween his favorite holiday.
Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Stevenson University and a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Finance at Loyola University, MD.
George has 15+ years’ experience in finance and accounting leadership. He is aiding our company with building a quality team, scaling for growth, and optimizing financial performance. He implements business systems, policies, and procedures to improve performance and internal controls as well as provides working knowledge of issues faced in our industry to help us mitigate risk.
George has made a significant impact since joining DDSystems. He helped to build our financial and accounting department as well as improved our core business processes and financial reporting. George enjoys working with the Company’s executive team and is excited for its continued success.
Jeff is a seasoned IT professional with a passion for both technology and community engagement. He graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2003 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Psychology, a combination that has helped shape his practical, people-focused approach to technology solutions.
With Over 25 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, Jeff’s background spans everything from computer repair to advanced server programming and infrastructure installation. He also brings close to 27 years of experience in web development, programming, and technology consulting, and personally built this very website.
Since joining DDSystems, Jeff has steadily advanced within the organization and currently serves as Head of Web Development, Branch Manager of the Burtonsville office, and an Associate with the company. In these roles, he oversees complex web and infrastructure projects while helping guide both clients and internal teams toward scalable, reliable technology solutions.
Outside of work, Jeff is deeply involved in his community. He volunteers with the Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, is a devoted husband and father to two daughters, and is an avid collector of 1980s toys and memorabilia. He is also widely known for his award-winning holiday light displays, which have been featured in numerous newspapers, magazines, and television segments. Whether through technology, creativity, or service, Jeff is driven by a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Darrin Attended Salisbury and Towson Universities.
Darrin has been with DDSystems for nearly 10 years and has worked in IT for 15 years. Darrin started with DDSystems as a Field Technician. He was promoted to Consultant in 2015, was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2017, and was promoted to Lead IT Consultant in 2019. Darrin was made an Associate in 2021.
Darrin is married with two sons and is an avid fisherman
Joe Arzate is the Director of Operations at Decisive Data Systems, where he oversees the Service Desk, Field Services, and Project Engineering teams. With over a decade of experience in the IT and managed services industry, Joseph has worked across multiple MSP environments, developing a strong foundation in operational scalability, service quality, and process improvement.
Since returning to DDS, Joseph has focused on strengthening technical support delivery, improving consistency across support channels, and ensuring the organization scales effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. His background includes leadership in Microsoft 365 environments and a strong emphasis on aligning people, process, and technology to support business outcomes.
Outside of work, Joseph is a proud father of three and a Green Bay Packers shareholder.
