DDSystems (DDS) is seeking a hands-on Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in the Belcamp, MD or Burtonsville, MD offices.
We are seeking an IT Technical Account Manager to serve as a client liaison to various SMB’s. The ideal Account Manager should have the natural ability to explain complex IT Solutions to high-level non-technical Executives. The Account Manager will provide account management and high-level technical support to the project and service desk teams.
