RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides polite and friendly customer service
  • Documents incident status and solutions in incident database tools.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in computer troubleshooting and support
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years minimum professional experience working for an IT company.
  • Superb interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Possess ability to market our services as well as support our client technically.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality that works well individually and in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move all components of PC’s, Servers, network equipment etc.
  • Clear driving record.

  • 1 Year minimum Field Technician experience working for an IT Company.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move all components of PC’s, Servers, network equipment etc.

DESCRIPTION

Decisive Data Systems (DDS) is seeking a hands-on Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in the Belcamp, MD or Burtonsville, MD offices.

We are seeking an IT Technical Account Manager to serve as a client liaison to various SMB’s. The ideal Account Manager should have the natural ability to explain complex IT Solutions to high-level non-technical Executives. The Account Manager will provide account management and high-level technical support to the project and service desk teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage in Hardware, Software and Process Improvements to streamline customer services and experience.
  • Work closely with others to coordinate activities, including of implementation of solutions, processes and projects.
  • Provide proactive project management and subject matter expertise during implementation and complex integrations engagements, as well as lead customer support activities through hands-on engagement.
  • Ability to function as vCIO delivering solutions while being mindful of the company budget.
  • Responsible for Managing Client expectations and building a Trusted Partner Relationship.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 + Years working in an Account Manager or Consultant capacity for a Technology Provider.
  • Experience with Windows Network Topology, Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, System Virtualization and Cloud Based Solutions (Azure experience is a plus).
  • Hyper-V and / or VMware .
  • Strong Communication, leadership and customer service skills.
